An airy, whipped, Korean coffee drink!
- 3 tbsp Nescafe Instant Coffee
- 3 tbsp Raw Sugar
- 3 tbsp Hot Water
- In a bowl, combine your instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
- Mix well with a hand blender for several minutes until the mixture thickens. It should turn from a dark brown color to a light beige when it's ready.
- Note: make sure to keep whipping the mixture even when you've reached the "stiff peaks stage" if you want a truly fluffy and luxurious consistency. I whip about 2-3 minutes past this stage.
