What Is Apple Crumble?
Apple crumble is a rich baked fruit dessert made from apples covered in sugar, cinnamon, and butter and sprinkled with a thick layer of streusel topping.
Unlike an apple crisp, this recipe does not include oats or nuts; and personally, I think it tastes way better like this.

If you want to make this recipe, make sure you have the following ingredients (you only need 6!):
- Jazz Apple
- Lemon Juice
- Cinnamon
- Raw Sugar
- Butter
- All Purpose Flour
How to Make Apple Crumble:
- To create the filling, chop your jazz apple into small cubes and then place the apples into your baking dish. And then, add your melted butter, cinnamon, raw sugar, and lemon juice on top and mix well.
- Then, to create the crumble topping, combine your all purpose flour with the cinnamon, sugar, and melted butter, and gently mix it with your hands to form small “clumps.”
- After that, layer the streusel topping over the apple mixture, making sure to cover it in a thick and even layer.
- Then, bake the completed dish at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes in the toaster oven.
- Finally, serve your apple crumble with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

- 1 jazz apple
- 1/2 tsp lemon
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp raw sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
Crumble Topping
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter + 1 tsp butter
Garnish
- 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- To create the filling, chop your jazz apple into small cubes. Place the apples into your baking dish and add your melted butter, cinnamon, raw sugar, and lemon juice on top and mix well.
- To create the crumble topping, combine your all purpose flour with the cinnamon, sugar, and melted butter. Gently mix with your hands to form small "clumps."
- Layer the crumble topping on top of the apple mixture.
- Then, bake the apple crumble at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes in the toaster oven.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
