Honey Chili Potatoes

A delicious, spicy, and rich potato appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized gold potato
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1/8 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp kashmiri mirch
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp onion
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp soy
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes and coat with all spices, cornstarch, and 1 tsp of oil.
  • Put in air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees. Make sure to flip half way through so they cook evenly.
  • Put one tsp of oil into saucepan and add in sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Simmer for about 1 minute until the sauce thickens and add in potatoes.
  • Cook potatoes in the sauce for another 1-2 minutes.
