Baked Teriyaki Tofu
Crispy tofu covered in a delicious and simple teriyaki sauce!

Ingredients

sesame oil

c
low sodium soy sauce

tbsp
brown sugar

tbsp
honey
1
tbsp
corn starch
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
tsp
ginger powder

c
water
1
package of extra firm tofu
Instructions
Wrap your tofu in paper towel, press it under a heavy pan, and set aside for 15 minutes to soak out excess moisture.
Chop tofu into cubes, and coat lightly with some corn starch before placing into the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Heat up oil in a sauce pan and add all other sauce ingredients. Let the mixture simmer on low medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Once the tofu is done, stir fry it in the sauce until the tofu is generously and evenly coated.
