White Chocolate Chips
(melted)

Earth Balance Better
(melted)

Candy Canes
(crushed - for garnish)
Instructions
Brownies
In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, canola oil, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and pinch of salt.
Bake in a 9 inch baking pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Frosting
Place white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat at 30 second intervals until it melts.
Once its melted, mix in earth balance butter (also melted), milk, and peppermint extract.
Assembly
Once brownies have cooled down, cover in thick layer of frosting and garnish with crushed candy canes.
