Oreo Cheesecake Cups

The perfect no-bake oreo dessert!

Ingredients

Crust

  • 12 Oreos (crushed in a food processor)
  • 3 tbsp Earth Balance Butter (melted)

Oreo Cheesecake Filling

  • 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 c Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4 tbsp Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c Melted Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Oreos (roughly crushed by hand)

Garnish

  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Oreos (roughly crushed by hand)

Instructions

Crust

  • Crush 12 oreos in a food processor and add in melted butter, and mix well.

Oreo Cheesecake Filling

  • Combine cream cheese, condensed milk, soy milk, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate chips together and blend with a hand mixer.
  • Gently fold in hand crushed oreos into the mixture.

Assembly

  • At the bottom of your dessert cup, place some of the crust mixture and gently press down.
  • Add in the cheesecake filling to fill the cup up around half way. For the middle layer, use whipped cream. Then, add more cheesecake filling on top.
  • Place your dessert cups in the freezer overnight (or in the fridge if you want a more pudding-like consistency).
  • Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, more crushed oreos, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
