Instructions
Heat the Base: In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a simmer. Stir in the vegetable bouillon, peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha until fully dissolved.
Add Dumplings & Bok Choy: Drop in the dumplings, whole bok choy, and noodles. Let them cook for about 5 minutes. (Make sure the variation of noodles can be cooked fully within this time frame).
Flavor Boost: Stir in the minced garlic, toasted sesame oil, and miso paste, making sure everything is well incorporated.
Final Touches: Once the noodles are done, remove from heat and drizzle with chili oil. Garnish with sesame seeds, green scallions, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
