Cut potatoes and coat with all spices, cornstarch, and 1 tsp of oil.
Put in air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees. Make sure to flip half way through so they cook evenly.
Put one tsp of oil into saucepan and add in sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Simmer for about 1 minute until the sauce thickens and add in potatoes.
Cook potatoes in the sauce for another 1-2 minutes.
