To make the honey roasted carrots, firstly, wash and peel the carrots.
Then, place the carrots into a shallow baking dish.
After that, drizzle the olive oil, honey, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and sriracha over the carrots.
Using your hands, massage the carrots with the ingredients until they are evenly coated.
Finally, place the carrots into the oven, and cook for about 25-30 minutes. Flip the carrots once or twice during the cooking process, as needed to ensure even coating.
Whipped Feta Yogurt Sauce
Simply combine all of the sauce ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until it's smooth and creamy.
Then, place the yogurt sauce at the bottom of your dish, with the carrots on top!
