This mango lassi tiramisu is a creamy, fruity, no-bake dessert made with mango-soaked ladyfingers, fluffy mango cardamom cream, and a glossy mango nectar topping. It has all the flavors of mango lassi in a soft, layered tiramisu-style dessert.
1/4cupmango nectarfor pouring over the first ladyfinger layer
2/3cupmango nectarfor topping
Instructions
Make the milk soak: In a bowl, whisk together the whole milk, mango nectar, crushed cardamom, and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
Make the cream layer: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until light and fluffy. Add the mango nectar, sweetened condensed milk, softened cream cheese, and crushed cardamom. Beat until smooth, creamy, and thick enough to spread.
Assemble the first layer: Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the mango milk soak, then arrange them in an even layer in your serving dish. Pour 1/4 cup mango nectar over the ladyfingers.
Add the cream: Spread half of the mango cream mixture evenly over the soaked ladyfingers.
Repeat the layers: Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers, then spread the remaining mango cream on top.
Finish and chill: Pour 2/3 cup mango nectar over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the ladyfingers soften and the tiramisu sets.
Serve: Slice or scoop chilled and serve cold.
Notes
Do not oversoak the ladyfingers, since they will continue to soften as the tiramisu chills. For the best texture, chill the dessert overnight before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
