Eggless Brownies
Fudgy brownie goodness without the eggs!
Materials
Brownies
- 1 c All Purpose Flour
- 1 c Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/3 c Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 c Chocolate Chips (melted)
- 1 c Brown Sugar
- 1/3 c Canola Oil
Icing
- 1 c Powdered Sugar
- 1/3 c Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3 tbsp Earth Balance Butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1/3 c Soy Vanilla Milk
Instructions
Brownies
- Mix all ingredients – flour, milk, vanilla extract, baking soda, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, sugar, and oil – in a bowl and bake in a 9 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Icing
- Add all ingredients to a bowl – powdered sugar, cocoa powder, coconut oil, butter, cream cheese, and milk – and mix together well with a hand blender until smooth.
Assembly
- Wait for brownies to cool, and cover in a thick layer of chocolate icing.
