  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Delicious Two-Ingredient Bagels (No Yeast, No Fuss!)

Preheat: Firstly, set your air fryer to 350°F (or preheat your oven to 375°F).

Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup self-rising flour with 1/3 cup Greek yogurt until a dough forms. Gently knead the dough until everything is well combined.

Shape the Bagels: Then, shape the dough into a circle, creating a hole in the center.

What can I substitute for self-rising flour in this two ingredient bagel recipe?
