11. Bonus Recipe: Tandoori Tofu

This recipe is available exclusively in my cookbook Make it Meatless!
Instructions:
(1) tear one block of extra firm tofu into a regular pieces, and boil in heavily salt, salted water for five minutes.
(2) set aside the tofu on a paper towel to let it cool.
(3) make your tandoori marinade – I used turmeric, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder, fenugreek leaves, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste, and oil. (Full recipe in my cookbook “Make it Meatless!”)
(4) coat the tofu in the marinade and lightly spray with oil before putting it into the air fryer at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
(5) make a cilantro lime chutney with one bunch of cilantro, lots of mint, a Serrano chili, lemon, a big dollop of Greek yogurt, and salt! (The chutney recipe is also in my book!).
